This recipe was given to me by Jasmine, Michigan.
makes 1 dozen
1-1/2 cups flour
1 shot of whiskey or brandy
Mix flour, eggs and whiskey until moistened. Roll out dough and cut into rectangles.
Fry rectangles in vegetable oil until risen a little.
They fry very quickly, it is easier to do one at a time or with someone else.
Once fried roll in powdered sugar.
