makes: 4-5 dozen
2-1/3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup splenda
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup soft margarine
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream peanut butter, margarine and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture and blend until well incorporated.
Roll into walnut size balls flatten with fork dipped in flour.
Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown.
