½ cup butter
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1 cup chopped toasted walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease and line an 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil.
Grease aluminum foil and set aside.
Beat together butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add in flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in half the chopped semi-sweet and white chocolates.
Stir in half the walnuts.
Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven & immediately sprinkle with remaining semi-sweet and white chocolates.
Cover with foil and set aside to let melt.
Swirl chocolates with knife to marbleize.
Sprinkle with remaining walnuts and cool in pan.
Cut into bars.
