1/4 cup cream 110g butter or margarine 1 cup raw sugar 2 cups whole grain rolled oats 1 cup coconut
Note: I usually use yogurt instead of cream it gives a lovely flavor.
Melt butter, add sugar and cook one minute. Add rolled oats, coconut, cream and mix well. Press into greased tin, bake in moderate oven 180C (350F) approximately 20 minutes until brown. Mark into sections while hot, leave in tin until cold. YUMMY!!!!!!
