Lemon Nut Cake Mix Cookies

by anonymous type: roll makes: 4 dozen 18.5 ounce lemon cake mix 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons water 1 egg 1/3 cup chopped pecans juice of one lemon 1/2 cup powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350F. Combine cake mix, oil, water, and egg. Stir in nuts. Drop by the spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 7-10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes then remove to wire rack to cool completely. Whisk together lemon juice and powdered sugar. The lemon glaze really gives it a flavor boost.
