makes: about 16 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cups crushed graham crackers 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon salt 6 ounce chocolate bar, chopped 7 ounce jar marshmallow crme Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add graham crackers, flour, baking powder and salt. Spoon about half of the mixing in the pan. Sprinkle on the chocolate pieces. Spread the marshmallow crme on top. Take the remaining dough and divide into several pieces and flatten and place on top of the marshmallow crme. Bake 30 minutes.
