Grease a 9x12-inch baking pan. Combine sugar, butter and chocolate in a large saucepan and cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring often. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes. Stir in eggs, flour and nuts. Pour into a prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Pour frosting over top; chill 15 minutes. cut into squares. Frosting: Heat whipping cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add chocolate, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. |
