Honey Shortbread

1/2 pound all-purpose flour
1 pound butter
1 pound honey

Combine and work all the ingredients together to make a stiff dough.
Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
Bake in a 250F until done.
Cooking time was not given. Check cookies every 5 minutes.
