2 eggs
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 cup cake flour

Heavily grease madeleine mold including outer edges and chill.
Beat eggs and sugar until mixture falls in a ribbon, about 6 to 8 minutes.

Sift flour over mixture, a little at a time and gently fold in.
Add butter in a stream, fold it in and make sure that no butter ends up at the bottom.
Spoon batter into prepared molds, two-thirds full.
Place mold on baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
