Tiger from Victoria, Texas
I made these cookies one Christmas as a send-off gift to friends with a butter + powdered sugar icing.  The day the cookies arrived, I received almost immediately happy messages from everyone.  They throughly enjoyed the cookies and more than a couple have referred to them as 'Tiger Cookies' when requesting during gift-giving times. --Have and will make again and again.
