The Cookie Tin started out on tripod c.1997. In 1999, it obtained it's own domain. Though it has gone through changes over the years (and moved to different hosts and platforms) and has steadily grown in popularity, especially during the holidays.

I hope you enjoy this site and bake a few dozen cookies - the ultimate comfort food.
