Snowballs

type: refrigerator, rolled
makes: 2 dozen

1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat butter and honey with an electric mixer.
Add the remaining ingredients except the powdered sugar.
Shape dough into walnut size balls and place about 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12-14 minutes or until just starting to brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Roll cookies in powdered sugar until well coated.

The snowballs came out very nice. They taste great and they are so very easy to make. However, there is one thing I must say...be very careful when you are powdering them in the sugar because they break very easily.
