Macadamia-Fudge Brownies

2-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1-1/2 cup butter
5 oz. unsweetened chocolate powder
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
plus chopped macadamia nuts for .. garnish

frosting
1 cup whipping cream
12 oz. semisweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease a 9x12-inch baking pan.
Combine sugar, butter and chocolate in a large saucepan and cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring often.
Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes.
Stir in eggs, flour and nuts.
Pour into a prepared pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Pour frosting over top; chill 15 minutes.
cut into squares.

Frosting:
Heat whipping cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat; add chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
